  • Where’s my order?

          1. Where to track my order ?

All you need to do is to click in Track International Package or Track SF Express Package and type the tracking number to see the location of your parcel

          2. Why I still haven't received my tracking number ?

Please allow an extra few days for your order to be delivered (especially during busy times) - our carriers are always doing their best to get your order to you.

  • Is there any custom tax required?

In many cases, customers do not have to pay any custom taxes. However, for the International Customers, please pay special attention to your own local 'tax and custom' regulations before placing the order. 

Rare Squishy Kingdom are no longer pay the tax and custom fee for the customers. You are responsible to check the requirements and regulations of your country before placing an order.

 

  • Can I have my order delivered to my home or office address?

Rare Squishy Kingdom can offer the delivery service to your permanent residential address or your place of employment. If you want your delivery to reach you at work, you need to be confident that someone will be there to take care of the goods.

 

  • What happens if I'm not in when my order arrives?

Someone should be at home or the delivery address when your parcel is arrived, due to we may need a signature. However, don't worry if this isn't possible as our delivery partner usually tries to deliver more than once.

Alternatively they'll either update the status of the parcel or leave a message confirming that they've left it with your neighbour or in a safe place. 

 

  • What is Rare Squishy Kingdom's approach to packaging?

Rare Squishy Kingdom invested a lot of time and resources into making sure our squishies delivered will not get cs/df .

We aim to use the sustainable and recyclable packaging which can be more environmentally friendly as it can be.

 

  • Can I return the items I've ordered?

In most of the cases, we do not accept any items being returned. However, if there is any special and reasonable reasons, please contact us and we will arrange the products being delivered again.

* All the shipping costs of returning the item are responsible by the customers.
